Description:
Alancity s.a. (www.alancity.com) is looking for a Director of Studies.
The candidate will be expected to carry out teacher training and generally assist in the professional development of all teaching staff and develop materials.
The duties of a DOS include:
support, guidance and training for teachers (in company and telephone teachers)
Management of resources (human)
Management of resources (material)
scheduling of classes (in company)
quality control of the academic program (in company and telephone)
overseeing of placement testing
organization of extra-curricular activities
participation in the growth and development of the school
Timetable:
Full time position
Monday to Friday - 9h00 to 14h00 / 15h30 to 19h00 (Friday 9h00 to 14h00)
Salary / Pay:
fixed contract - 1.300€/ MONTH (+ 170,00 € ticket restaurant)
Working Hours: 39h

| The ideal candidate will be
Well organised, dynamic and self-motivated with initiative and also have the following:
• Trinity Diploma in TESOL (or equivalent)
• Must be fluent in Spanish
• Minimum 4 years teaching experience, including Business English
• Experience in a senior post such as DOS, ADOS, co-ordinator
• Ability to communicate effectively with company clients
• Interest in developing in-company business (selling and marketing our services)
