Job Description
teaching spoken , written and business English;
22 instructional periods per week and 45 minutes per instructional period;
one and half an hours English Corner (Activities) per week;
2-hour teacher training/staff meeting every two weeks;
Salary Description
1. 1- year contract with the total income of over 10,000 including monthly salary,
bouns and round-trip allowance.
A. RMB 5,000 for bachelor degree holders with one to two years- experience
B. RMB 6,000 for experienced professional language teachers with bachelor degrees
C. RMB 7,000 for masters of education or TESOL with 5-year- experience
2. a probation period of two months with monthly salaries of RMB 4,000, RMB 5,000, RMB 6, 000 for group A, B and C respectively?
-an overtime payment of RMB 150 per class hour will be paid to teachers who teach more than the basic hours which is 88 a month.
3. a bonus of RMB 8,000 at the end of the contract term
-a return ticket up to the value of RMB 6,000 will be paid on completion of contract
4. 20-day paid holiday around Chinese New Year
Working Hours: 22 periods per week
