Employment (Mexico)

For some reason, (perhaps because Mexico is so close to the US) I get many inquiries about teaching English in Mexico. Unfortunately, there seem to be few resources online with helpful information about this. This page contains some links to information, placement services, and resources that I hope will be helpful to people considering teaching in Mexico. If you do a search on the web, most of what you find are links to the "Work in Mexico" site linked below and paid placement services. I'm still looking for more resources, but it's pretty "slim pickings" as they say.

Note: If you've taught English in Mexico, or have information about teaching English in Mexico, finding teaching jobs in Mexico, how to prepare to teach in Mexico, etc, and you'd like to put your information on the web, please click here to drop me an email or, if you have a site related to teaching in Mexico, click here to submit it to the Funland!

Note: as always, I cannot stress this enough: Never take a job outside your native country without doing serious research into the recruitment organization, visa requirements, costs, and so forth.

If you suspect that one of the organizations listed below is in any way fraudulent, please click here to email us!
